9.13 4HOTA Minimap Flags
We have made some "flags" to use on
the minimap. The green and red zones have been replaced by country emblems.
There are 39 combinations that you can use. Simply pick the country you want
for "your" cap and then inside that file you will see the other
countries you can use as the "enemy". Simply open that file and
follow the directions in the "install instructions" text file.
